4. Third-Party Services
To provide and improve our Services, we engage trusted third-party service providers. These providers are contractually bound to handle your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Key third-party services we use include:
- Google Maps: We integrate Google Maps to display property locations and neighbourhood information. Your use of map features is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Google may collect location and usage data when you interact with map components.

- Email service providers: We use SMTP-based email infrastructure to deliver transactional notifications and communications.
- Analytics providers: We may use analytics platforms to understand how users interact with our platform, subject to anonymisation where practicable.
We do not control how these third parties collect or use your information beyond the scope of our agreements with them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Active account data is retained for the duration of your account's existence. If you delete your account, we will anonymise or delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records may be retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian tax legislation).
Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for research and analytics purposes, as it can no longer be used to identify you.
Property listing data associated with a deleted account is anonymised and the listing is removed from public view. Communications and inquiries may be retained in our system logs for a period of up to 24 months for security and dispute resolution purposes.
